Jessica Marion, the visionary behind Marion Childcare University, brings more than two decades of expertise to the childcare industry as its Multi-Childcare Site Owner. In December 2020, she marked a significant milestone by founding the inaugural Marion Childcare University at Lake Arlington, followed by the establishment of Marion Childcare University in Fort Worth in August 2022.

Under Jessica's guidance, these endeavors have flourished, providing employment opportunities for over 50 dedicated staff members. Jessica is a Tarrant County College alumna, holding an Associate of Arts Degree. Her contributions have not gone unnoticed, as she has received accolades such as the Extra Mile award from the Arlington Alliance for Youth, the Pearl Award from Perfected Magazine, Grass Roots Certificate from the City of Fort Worth, Herstory recipient from American Business Women Association, and Ms. Texas Corporate America 2025.

Marion Childcare University stands out on the global stage, proudly earning the 2024 Global Recognition Award and securing nominations for Small Business of the Year twice in the year of 2024. Nominated for Outstanding Early Childhood Facility by HEB. Beyond her professional achievements, Jessica serves as a licensed minister at Walls of Jericho Deliverance Church, under the guidance of Reverend John Reed.

She is also a registered childcare trainer in the state of Texas, an accomplished author with numerous publications to her credit, and the dedicated founder of the education-based nonprofit, Teacher Appreciation Program. Fueled by her unwavering belief that with God, all things are possible, Jessica derives joy from moments spent with her husband, Jarrett Marion, her godson, Zayden Anderson, and her cherished family and friends
