I hope you all had an amazing Christmas ! The New Year is literally around the corner and it's time to really get serious about our goals ( it's been time ) . Even though time doesn't matter , the date doesn't matter. The New Year makes us feel like we have a fresh slate ... a blank canvas to go after what we truly want out of life. In this vlog I was super vulnerable with y'all .... dropped some tears because well ( cancer gang ♋️ ) ... went to a body balance class ... shared some health updates ... and created a picture frame vision board to put on my motivational wall and y'all ....
