GBO2 Zaku IV (IP): 241k damage? It's better than E-ZZ?

Zaku IV (IP) recently released in GBO2 as a 700 cost raid with 4 star rarity. It is a hyper-aggressive two melee raid with access to arguably the best mobility in the entire game, insane defences and access to amazing stuns via funnels, beam SMG and head laser. This gameplay comes from the recent 700 clan match where my clan W1N was able to get a platinum banner by placing 3rd place.
I have a very high opinion of Zaku IV after using it in this clan battle. I think the best way to describe it is that it is akin to a freight train running through the enemy team. It is easier to stun than Enhanced Double Zeta Gundam (E-ZZ) but has far greater mobility, access to instant knockdown melee and an insta stun you can use while boosting. The follow funnels also stun in 2 shots.
By using these tools you can effectively frontline and create numbers advantage for your allies by knocking down generals on your way to the support despite being a raid. It also has incredibly high damage even with type disadvantage because of the insane damage multiplier for the beam knuckledusters. The total modifier for the downswing on beam knuckles is 300% and 150% for the axe. This means that in a full combo with beam knuckles down, axe down then beam knuckles down you can quickly delete even bulky generals and raids. Supports often die with just beam knuckles down to axe down as a combo without the need for the 3rd attack.
The final two tools I will talk about are the ballistic bombard funnels and power accelerator level 2. The bombard funnels are very powerful if the enemy is close enough to them when they fire. They are effectively shotgun funnels with 120% stun power per volley for 360% in total after shooting 3 times. These are incredibly powerful for stunning enemies to open them up or to stop raids in combination with your other stun tools.
Power accelerator lvl 2 also allows you to clash with suits such as E-ZZ or The-O lvl 2 and get off a free full combo on them. For E-ZZ this is especially useful since it is so common.
Overall I would say Zaku IV (IP) belongs in S tier for any list. I would say it is equal to or better than E-ZZ depending on the situation. E-ZZ has far better midrange ability, stunlock ability and stun resistance but lacks the burst damage output, knockdown utility and boosting stuns ability that Zaku IV has. I highly recommend rolling for it unless you already have the E-ZZ.
