The culinary chef Georgiana Viou has created a Moorish Vacherin paired with the Cuvée Comtes de Champagne Rosé 2006. Drawing inspiration from her unconventional self-taught journey, which led her through the world of communication and the kitchens of Michelin-starred chefs, the chef reinvented the classic Vacherin. With its hints of fennel and pastis, the dessert surprises to enhance the beauty of our wines.

La cheffe culinaire Georgiana Viou a imaginé un vacherin mauresque en accord avec la Cuvée Comtes de Champagne Rosé 2006. La Cheffe a puisé l’inspiration dans son parcours d’autodidacte atypique, passée par la communication et les cuisines de chefs étoilés, pour revisiter le classique vacherin. Avec ses notes de fenouil et de pastis, le dessert surprend pour mieux sublimer nos vins.
