This weekend, I decluttered my one-bedroom apartment — no strategy, no AI, no promise of a life transformation. Just the simple goal of getting rid of stuff.

I go through every corner of my space: the bathroom, closet, and bedroom first, filling three garbage bags with clothes, shoes, and bags. Then come the keepsakes from a 9-year relationship — movie tickets, notes, and small reminders that are harder to part with. The next day, I continue through the living room, bookshelves, and kitchen, letting go of books, papers, and things that no longer fit my life.
