In our recent visit, Chef Kinch took a stroll through our garden, drawing inspiration from the vibrant produce to craft his weekend menu at The Culinary Vegetable Institute. Take a walk through the garden with Chef David Kinch and Farmer Lee Jones.
"Walking The Chef’s Garden farm and seeing the entire operation from seed to packing and shipping was capped with a walk through the fields of over 60 varieties of tomatoes. We talked, picked and tasted, discussing the possibilities of where they would be used on the menu. This is my favorite start for a dish and for a menu. Color, textures, aromas and flavors inspired a collaboration that makes you wish it could always be this way. Not
