The badgers visit the feeding station in the forest garden, to eat peanuts sprinkled in the grass. When they have eaten, they enjoy a grooming session with each other. Grooming helps keeps their coats clean, removes tics and other insects and is also a way to strengthen bonds. The footage is taken using trail cameras which are very handy for capturing these semi nocturnal animals, who mostly visit later in the evening.
The garden and the woodland beyond play host to many wildlife visitors. It is a dream for any nature lover. Animals including many badgers, pine martens, foxes, deer, weasels bats mice and a large variety of birds including tawny owls, sparrow hawks, buzzards, Jays, woodpeckers and many smaller birds.
Check out the channel to see videos of some of the other animals or more of the badgers. Thanks for watching.
