The Highest Meditation | Rupert Spira

In this video, Rupert discusses meditation and its true nature. He suggests that we are naturally aware and don't need to do anything to be aware. However, our thoughts and feelings can create an illusory sense of self that believes it is separate from awareness and leads to seeking happiness through external objects. Rupert mentions that true meditation is just being knowingly in the presence of awareness, without engaging with thoughts and letting them do their thing.
