Crunchy BUCHI RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
for the filling:
1/2 cup Red beans (soak in water for at least 2 hours)
1/2 cup Sugar
Water for boiling
for the dough
1 1/2 cups Glutinous Rice Flour
1/2 cup Rice Flour
1 cup warm water
Sugar for coating (I used light brown sugar)
Cooking oil for frying
*** Instead of red beans you can also use the green mungbeans
*** for the dough water, depends on the flour you may need to lessen or add a little bit of more water.
