Take Control of Your Game
Part 1 - Will include footwork, ball handling, finishing, and drills to help you control your body. The goal of part 1 is to help you get a better understanding of your game, things you need to get better with, and things you are really good at. To help you keep track, we supply you with a goal chart and a daily chart.
Part 2 - Will include the same micro skills but will focus more on the moves. All players need a few moves to get the basket, get their shot off, and moves to use at the basket. We will supply you with moves and you get to choose a few moves that you will continually work on as your "Go-To".
