FROM CRUISE SHIP TO CARGO VESSEL || MANILA TO PANAMA || ITS YULTIME

Because of the pandemic, I took a HUGE turn from working on a cruise ship's fine dining restaurants to cargo vessel. This is a completely new experience for me, however, nothing can absolutely stop my sheer passion for food and joy of cooking which only means I can't think of working anywhere than in a kitchen of my own and live again that lifestyle so I decided to give it a go because....why not?! And on a positive note, I haven't done baking for a long long time so I'll be able to practice and enhance my baking skill once again. Well, it's another gain of treasure to be added to my skill set.

My journey starts right here. Right now.
