I eat at and review Taian in Osaka, Japan. The traditional Japanese kaiseki establishment has three Michelin Stars and is considered to be one of the best restaurants in Japan. Taian comes from Chef Hitoshi Takahata who infuses traditional Japanese dining with a sense of modernity at his restaurant. I enjoyed Taian’s tasting menu along with the full wine pairing.
