Female Goalkeepers ages 2010 through 2007 working with UEFA A Licence goalkeeper coach Rick Zucchi (Goalkeeper Academy Director at the ZEE Goalkeeper Academy and IdeaSport S.A.).
The drill consists in tachtical and very realistic goalkeeper training, where there are two goals to protect with many different attacking solutions. This is very realistic and helps the goalkeepers take action on very close shots in the most unpredictable.
This drill is usually used at a pro-level, using not only goalkeepers but field players as well, but it was tested with the girls and they adapted very well!
The drill went on (with a couple of breaks) for 60 minutes in order for the goalkeepers to get at least 20 reps each in goal.
