*Something that I didn't talk about in the video but still think it's important to bring up: I struggled for sooo long feeling like I was writing to an audience rather than to myself and it made journaling really awkward. If that's also the case for you, then just know that you can get that feeling to go away. I think you just have to keep writing through that feeling until it breaks away.
