The BROKEN Housing Market Can't Be Fixed

The fed finally cut the federal funds rate by 50 basis points on September 18. Now would be home buyers are rejoicing and many are ready to jump in the home buying race. This is the first reduction we’ve seen in 2 years so it’s very welcomed. But the lowering of the rates will not be an immediate fix to the broken housing market. There will be some impacts - some positive, some not so positive. But if you’re expecting that housing will be affordable due to these cuts, lower your expectations. I’m going to break down in this video how these lower rates will affect the market and talk about why they won’t fix this market…at least not now.
