With one cup of sugar you can make candy at home easily. Not so much ingredients follow easy steps in this video and you can make candy by yourself easily.


Q2: How do you make gummy candy from scratch?

Instructions:-

1.1 Pour 1/2 cup juice into a sauce pan set on low heat.

1.2 Add 1 tablespoon honey.

1.3 Add 2 tablespoons of gelatin.

1.4 Mix until all dissolved and then remove from heat.

1.5 Using the dropper, add into your mold.

1.6 Place in fridge for 30 minutes to cool and form or until solidified.



Q.3: How do you make gummy bears not sticky?

You can add two or three tablespoons of cornstarch and put the lid on and shake until gummies lightly coated and then remove. Another option would be if the citric acid is a powder then mix some cornstarch with it and then coat your gummies.

Q.4: How do you make gummies firmer?

Leave a little room in each mold. Let the candy sit for 30 minutes, then put the molds into your refrigerator for another 30 minutes. When the candy is firm push each piece out of the molds and arrange them on a baking sheet or in a large storage container so that they are each standing upright.
