Chocolate Orange

.3 oz/10 ml Orange Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Orange Syrup **
1 oz/30 ml Vodka
1 oz/30 ml Creme de Cacao

Method

1. Add all ingredients to the shaking Tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a Coupe.
4. Garnish with an Orange Slice.

Winter White Cosmopolitan

.25 oz/7.5 ml Lime Juice
2.5 oz/75 ml White Cranberry Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Orange Liqueur
2 oz/60 ml Vodka
1.5 oz/45 ml Elderflower Liqueur

Method

1. Add all ingredients to the shaking Tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a Martini glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with an Orange Slice.

Sparkling Christmas Tree

.5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Simple Syrup
2 oz/60 ml Gin
2 oz/60 ml Cranberry Juice
2 oz/60 ml Soda Water

Method

1. Add all ingredients except soda water to the shaking Tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a Tulip glass over fresh ice.
4. Top with Soda Water.
5. Garnish with Pomegranate Seeds.

Peppermint Snowflake

2 oz/60 ml Vanilla Vodka
1.5 oz/45 ml Creme de Menthe
2 oz/60 ml Half & Half

Method

1. Add all ingredients to the shaking Tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

** Orange Syrup

120 g Sugar
120 ml Water
The zest of one orange.

Method

1. In a medium sauce pan combine the sugar, water an orange zest.
2. On low heat stir until the sugar has been absorbed.
3. Let simmer for 5 minutes on Low Heat.
4. Strain and bottle.
5. Store in the refrigerator for later use.
