Sunny, how has PermaRoof Commercial grown?

Just to give you an idea, of the two years of change within PermaRoof Commercial. You know, where we have actually started project-wise and where we are now, which is, again, night and day, and it’s a fantastic, fantastic result we’ve had so far. It’s down to the efforts.

When we first started PermaRoof Commercial, we were looking at the small-end projects, the quick wins and everything else, so they were the quick turnarounds that tested the wheels of the commercial motorbike, so to speak, where we started to hone our skills and actually form it together.

Now the advent of the success that we’ve had there and also the marketing and how we’ve actually developed the specification side of it, is the fact that we now diversify into such a unique catchment of different diverse projects that are out there. We’re working on hospitals, we’re working on shopping centres, we’re working on unique listed buildings, we’re working on projects that are huge. And it’s just to show you that we haven’t changed what we wanted to do, the thing is we actually make it better every time we move forward and that is evident in what we’ve achieved.

I’m so proud of the whole team and what they’ve done. Where we had a number of projects last year, we’re probably 300% above on that this year.

And that shows in everything we do and the repeat business as well that we’re now getting means that we’re actually moving ahead with a better retention rate than when we actually first started. And that increases our PermaRoof Installer Network and that, again, has doubled since last year as well, so there’s different aspects of it, but it’s something that we’re very proud of – where we are shouting about – pardon the pun - from the rooftops.
