Adventurous Journey from Shimla to Kaza, Himachal - Episode-1
The distance from Chandigarh to Kaza by road is 446 km and from Delhi to Kaza is 678 km. From Chandigarh one can reach Kaza via Shimla, Rampur, Narkanda, Sangla, Kalpa, Nako, Tabo. This rout remains open throughout the year, except for temporary obstructions caused by heavy rainfall and snowfall and second rout from Chandigarh, one can reach Kaza via Manali, Rohtang Pass and Kunjum Pass. This road is more adventurous and challenging but beautiful.
This rout is open in summer months (May to October). In winters this rout is closed because of heavy snowfall. Both routs are beautiful to go to Kaza. Only BSNL cellular network is available in Kaza.
