Verbio is building the world's first ethenolysis plant for renewable chemicals based on rapeseed methyl ester (biodiesel) in Bitterfeld (Saxony-Anhalt). For Verbio, the construction of the plant is an important milestone in its corporate history and its international growth strategy. In the future, large quantities of bio-based specialty chemicals will be produced here for use in detergents and cleaning agents as well as high-performance lubricants for engines and plastics.
