DNT Zulus HD 5-20x LRF

Teaching my son how to use & operate the Arken / DNT Zulus HD 5-20x LRF. Getting him familiar with the functions and most importantly using the built in laser range finder. Since hunting season is coming closer I now have my son to do the shooting for me, this is on a tikka t3x chambered in 308 Winchester, I will not engage an elk over 400 meters with this calibre so practicing at that distance and under with him. The factory DNT ballistics data table for this factory tikka rifle & factory norma whitetail 180gr ammunition is spot on here with a target @ 404 meters! This optic was zeroed at 100 meters and the holdovers are working from that zero. He is also shooting off of my bog tripod just upgraded with a 54mm ball head. I have put a sticker 6” left of center for his aim point to account for a left to right cross wind and couldn’t be happier with this optic!
