Modern Macrame Wall Hanging Tutorial | DIY macrame for beginners

This is a tutorial on how to make a modern macrame wall hanging. This tutorial is easy to follow and beginner - friendly. We will use only basic simple knots. If you are a beginner, this is a perfect macrame for you, because it's easy and takes little time to make it.
The size of this DIY project is 30 cm by 30 cm (11.8 in by 11.8 in). The width of this macrame wall hanging is 17 cm (6.7 in). My macrame turned out a little short, so I changed the measurements to make it a bit longer.
The style is modern with straight lines and a berry knot in the middle for decoration.

Stick 30 cm
Macrame cord 3 mm (twisted) - 280mm 18 cords
S-hooks
Painter's tape
