Dutch Oven Baby Back Ribs

This method and recipe was inspired by this video by Cowboy Kent Rollins; • Cowboy Dutch Oven Ribs/ Grilled Ribs! . I did not use the same recipe and I varied the technique because I used coals directly under my Dutch Oven. Rollins did not recommend doing this.
Not shown in the video, I first removed the membrane. Then I rubbed the ribs with Worcestershire sauce and a barbecue rub. I chose to use a rub that is very savory with out being too salty or sweet. As I knew I would be cooking these in a salty pork stock and a applying a sweet orange glaze.
After applying the seasoning I placed the ribs covered in the refrigerator for 5 hours. The pork stock and and orange jelly that I used were homemade by me.
