Elektron Syntakt x Digitakt II | A Chill Jam

This live jam was built entirely on the Elektron Syntakt, running at 95 BPM in 4/4 and set in the F Phrygian scale. I’m performing across five chained patterns, with audio routed into the Digitakt II to take full advantage of its onboard compressor.
You’ll see both machines in frame, but the Syntakt is the star here: sequencing, sound design, all of it. The Digitakt just adds some final polish on the back end.
After experimenting with slower tempos, I came back to my comfort zone. 95 BPM is my creative sweet spot. Great for driving, gaming, or just zoning out for a bit.
(But don’t watch this while driving. Seriously. Park it, then vibe.)
Also, this is the first video where I’m using my Amaran 100d S for lighting. Curious what you think. Too much? Too little? Poor angle? Let me know in the comments. I’m still learning.
