I Built An E-Commerce Prompt Ops Tool (Laravel + Inertia + Vue)

In this video I walk through the MVP of an internal tool I’ve been building for my own e commerce workflows. It is an E Commerce Prompt Ops system built with Laravel, Inertia, and Vue.

The problem was simple. My personas, product context, and prompts were scattered across files, spreadsheets, and random folder structures. Searching took longer than writing, so I built a small system to centralize everything in one place. Companies, products, personas, context blocks, prompt templates, and generated prompts all live in a single workflow now.

This is not a product. It is not polished. It is an MVP I am actively using while I build real workflows around it.
