RingConn Gen 2 Review – The Lightest and Comfortable Smart Ring That Tracks Sleep Apnea

Welcome back to Smart Tech! I’ve been testing the RingConn Gen 2 for the past three weeks, alongside my Apple Watch, and I’ve been genuinely impressed. The smart ring is light, thin, comfortable and packed with powerful health tracking features like heart rate, steps, sleep, and even sleep apnea detection with a reported 90.7% accuracy.

The companion app from RingConn is clean and simple to use. It gives you a helpful “Wellness Balance” that combines your sleep, activity, stress levels and vitals into an easy to understand score and summary with helpful tips to improve throughout the app and different data points. It doesn’t require any subscription to use which I loved.

Battery life has been excellent, with up to 10~12 days of use per charge, and the portable charging case extends that up to 150+ days on the go. The RingConn Gen 2 is fully waterproof too, so you can wear it while swimming or showering.
