He finds out later that after Devraj injured his hand, Suman had instructed their maid to deliver the ointment to Shravan as well. It seems that one of the tires on Shravan's bike was ruptured by Suman's granddad.

Shravan, the only son of a wealthy father, enjoys a luxurious life and is the apple of his mother’s eye. He believes that civilians can share the same loyalty and character as those in the army. Despite their contrasting worlds – one defined by the gallantry, pride, and honor of the army, and the other by the comforts of civilian life – love remains a universal emotion, with its many shades and complexities.
