This section is aimed at those who need information to pass along the A22 with vehicles that, by size (length, width, height) and / or mass, exceed the limits established by the New Highway Code (i.e. exceptional transport) and who therefore they require specific authorization from the owner or concessionary body.
The exceptional transport office of the Autostrada del Brennero issues the following authorizations: single; multiple; periodic.
Single authorizations are those to be made within a certain period of time, issued for a single transit and therefore for a single route and in a single direction of travel.
Multiple authorizations, valid for a defined number of trips to be made within a certain period of time, are issued only when the following conditions are met: load identical in nature, type, size and mass; always the same predetermined path.
Periodic authorizations, valid for an indefinite number of trips to be made in a given period of time, can be issued to all exceptional vehicles or transports having the characteristics and conditions set out in the attached file.
