We travelled to Kairouan from Sousse and went to Go Cafe for brekkie after visiting the majestic Great Mosque.
Many items we wanted on the menu were not available, and we ordered one of the breakfast sets without knowing what came with it. There was just a bit of bread, butter, strawberry jam, as well as a coffee and a creme patissiere.
We had ordered two sets but only received one, and we were thankful we only got one as the portion was so sad, we wouldn't have liked to have paid for another!
Separately, we ordered a Tunisian tea, as well as glasses of rowina - a barley drink.
The cafe was beautiful, but the breakfast itself was underwhelming and the prices were a tad high.
