I've scaled down grohl666's 42065 Tracked Racer RC set using only the parts from 42148 Snow groomer.
Features include:
Colorful body
Proportions maintained wherever possible
Body hinged on only one place

Great off-road traversing
Terrible on smooth surfaces

I'll not respond to any comments about making the instructions free.
Here's why:
It took me two days of my time to produce the model, shoot pictures, create instructions, write this, make THIS video and deploy all of this online. You can assemble the model from the video alone, it's short on pieces. Just apply some effort.
