In this episode Joe talks about his mission, what Dystonia and Focal Dystonia are and answers the question: What is "Letting Go"?
There is a quick introduction to his first recovery exercise as well as a bonus empathetic exercise for healthy violinists to try that gives them a small sense of what Musician's Dystonia in the left hand feels like.
