In June 2023, Céline Cremer, a 31-year-old Belgian traveler and photographer, vanished during what was meant to be a short hike to Philosopher Falls in Tasmania. What followed became one of the most haunting missing-person cases in Australia’s recent history.

This documentary traces Céline’s final known movements minute by minute, using recovered GPS data, phone records, police search reports, drone footage, and volunteer search testimony. Her phone showed her leaving the marked trail, following an old water race, and climbing into dense rainforest before all movement data stopped at 4:18 p.m. Search conditions were brutal: winter rain, freezing temperatures, and terrain so unforgiving that experts later described survival as “not possible” beyond a few days.

Despite extensive police searches, nothing was found. Years later, private investigator Ken Gamble accessed Céline’s Google location history, reigniting the search. In late 2025, volunteers discovered her phone, a makeshift poncho, and a water bottle near a suspected shelter site, offering the first physical clues in over two years.

This case is not about speculation or sensationalism. It is about how easily nature can overwhelm, how technology can both guide and fail us, and how families refuse to give up on answers.
