Unlike earlier printer models, the XP-15000 has a consumable item called a maintenance box with a chip. These take over from the waste ink pad holders and internal waste ink counter found in older (and some newer) Epson printer models. This video just shows the simple process for changing the box for a new one and how to resolve when the box hasn't been recognised.
