Here's my stripped-down version of this 'kitschy yet catchy' ballad from Martyn's "Grace & Danger".
This is one my recent late-night favorites; I found myself coming back to it time and again, mainly because of its inviting sonic landscape and juicy Rhodes leads. But behind the sparkly late 70s-type ballad production lay Martyn's impeccable songwriting, and that's what I tried to really push forward here by stripping down the arrangement. Hope you'll like it!
