This is an ISO test/demonstration...yes I know the music is not great!. Rural water supply over a mile from the water source. Hose rated by the manufacture to deploy at 30mph, we deploy at 25mph (looks faster) 10 minutes or less to get the entire set up in place with max gpm flow established (we consistently flow over 1000gpm) No relay pumper needed, only 2 apparatus used once established. Gives more FFs on the fireground. Yes, hose pick up is not fun. Takes about 2hrs or so using the Hose Mule.
What are you doing to reach EVERY home in your rural district? Tanker shuttle takes 6+ apparatus and takes away FFs from the Fireground. Do what you have to do to provide the 3 tactical objectives...Life Safety, Incident Stabilization, and Property Conservation.
