First time to try swiping paints mixed with silicone using thinner strips of plastic. Swiped in light gold and was going for a webbing effect, but the paint probably needed to be thinner for that. Got some bubble cells instead!🎶
Hadn’t intended for florals today…but went with the sudden urge😄🌺 Loving the colour combination of these paints💕
*Paints:
Amsterdam - Primary Magenta, Turquoise Green, Light Gold, Prussian Blue Phthalo, Titanium White
*Pouring Medium:
US Floetrol
Ratio: 1 part paint to 2 parts medium (plus water to thin consistency)
i.e. for the 3 colours, I mixed 20g paint, 40g medium and 5g water
*Silicone Oil:
Mont Marte (x4 drops in Primary Magenta, Turquoise Green, Light Gold)
*Canvas size: 24.2 x 33.3cm (around 9.5 x 13.4 inches)
