27 killed in blast at railway station in Pakistan's Quetta

The death toll from a blast that hit a railway station in Pakistan's Quetta on Saturday has risen to 27, according to health and police officials. As many as 62 people were injured in the blast and dozens of them have been shifted to a military hospital for treatment. A suicide bomber detonated his explosive jacket at around 8:20 a.m. in a crowd of over 100 people. The target was a group of soldiers departing for their homes at the railway station.
