A cold front is currently moving through our area bringing a few showers this morning. In the wake of the front, temperatures will fall as the day goes on into the 40’s and 50’s. It will also be windy with winds from the north at 15-20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. Temperatures tumble tonight into the upper 20’s and lower 30’s, but with the winds sticking around, wind chill values will be as low as 17 degrees by Tuesday morning. There is a COLD WEATHER ADVISORY in place. Remember to protect your 5 P’s….People, pets, plants, pipes, and practice fire safety. We keep below average temps through midweek with highs in the 40’s and 50’s and lows in the 20’s and 30’s. Winds shift back to southerly Thursday, helping us warm back up into the 60’s in the afternoons and 40’s and 50’s in the mornings through the weekend. We stay dry through Thursday before our next system brings more rain Friday into Saturday.
