Why is CivitAI Leaving the UK and What Happens Now?

CivitAI is blocking it's page in the UK. But this has implications for AI art and user-generated content globally. Also YouTube's AI crackdown impacts content creators and the youtube algorithm. Even Steam has to removen hundred of games because of payment processors like Visa.
