3. Workflow
Programming input: import three-dimensional drawings or manually input parameters through touch screen or computer.
Automatic feeding: the robot or feeding rack feeds the tube into the processing area.
Positioning clamping: the clamping die fixes the tube, and the pressing die prevents deformation.
Bending forming: the bending arm rotates according to the program to complete the bending at the specified angle.
Detection and correction: real-time feedback data and adjust errors.
Unloading and collection: finished products are automatically unloaded to the specified location.
