CHICCO | Umbala Ma G-String | 4K Director's Cut (Music Video)

Back in 1996 the legendary musician, producer and composer Sello Chicco Twala released one of his most successful and timeless hit songs titled "Umbala Ma G-String". This is the restored 4K version of the epic music video that accompanied the hit song on its release.

This video was directed and edited by prolific music video director Sello Nahshon Khaoli, who had also directed other music videos for Chicco for his other hit songs like Modjadji, Black man White wife and others. The video was originally produced and released in 1996, and the song was also popularly used as a soundtrack for a popular TV series called Muvhango.

More than 2 decades later, Sello Nahshon Khaoli pulled tapes from his archives and started working on creating a Director's Cut version of this epic video. He didn't have the original video that he had directed back in 1996, so this is a fresh cut of the video. The video was originally filmed on 16mm Film Arri SR Camera in 4X3 aspect ratio. Now it has been upscaled to 4K for all of Chicco's fans to enjoy.
