Spring weather brings LIFE to my project. ITALY #35

Italian house design is easy to replicate, isn’t its it? A simple minimalistic design while keeping a mediterranean and classic Italian look. I am not a designer and could be in danger of making this look like a bachelor pad.

With one room near the point in its renovation when materials and finished look start to be revealed. This is where the end result needs careful consideration. It is easy to find stunning design of Italian houses that reflect the lifestyle of living in Italy on social media. However, in reality, it is harder and more expensive to achieve than it looks.

I need some help - and this is where I appreciate the comments - help me choose the direction that this renovation and design takes. I explain my thoughts and there should be enough time between this video and me going ahead with the work to tweak the direction of the design should there be better ideas out there that you suggest.

Buying a house in Italy is the easy part. Designing it to match the lifestyle that you dream of is another question altogether!
