C stands are more than just a heavy duty light stand.. but are they worth $120-$150? B&H and Adorama both have their own brand of C-stands, B&H is Impact and Adorama is Flashpoint. I like them both, but I own only one Impact and two of Flashpoints because of the threaded grip arms and additional baby pins that come with the Flashpoints.
