In this third instalment of the season, hosts Michela, Thalassa, and Kevin open with a deceptively simple hot take: people who always keep their phone on Do Not Disturb are not as busy or mysterious as they claim. What starts as a debate about digital boundaries quickly spirals into personal pet peeves, performance anxiety, and why group chats can feel like battlegrounds.

The confessions this week include a relatable spiral: 'I’ve faked confidence so many times, I don’t know if it’s real anymore.' The trio discuss imposter syndrome, pretending to have it all together, and the fine line between delusion and healthy self-belief. Rihanna and TikTok rejection therapy both make unexpected appearances.

Another listener dilemma hits close to home: how to survive when your group project partner does absolutely nothing but still gets the same grade. The hosts share their own horror stories, from awkward oral defences to actually having to kick someone out of a group, and debate whether you should always call someone out, or just let them sink themselves.

Meanwhile, things take a spicier turn when a student admits they’re crushing on the same person as their best friend. Should you say something? Or keep the peace? The hosts agree on one rule: never let a man come between you and your best friend.
