Paris Natural Farms is Redefining Small-Scale Farming in Texas

Here in Paris, Texas, Karl and Kathy Binger have shown us how there is more than one way to farm on Paris Natural Farms. With 2-acres of land, they knew that they would need to find a creative solution to establish a market garden. With the help of NRCS they were able to supplement their current gardens with high tunnel systems to extend their growing period. These changes have allowed for longer growing seasons and higher crop yields. It's easy to see how Karl and Kathy have brought together conservation, ingenuity, and passion.
