Mushroom pepper fry:
In a blender,add chopped tomatoes and finely chopped ginger,black pepper and dried red chillis and make a puree out of them.
Once the puree is ready,chop onions, capsicum and mushrooms.wash them.then in a pan,add ghee,cumin seeds,few curry leaves and chopped onions.saute them for a few minutes.
Further,add the prepared pureeto the pan.cook it for few seconds and add capsicum and then the mushrooms.
Let it cook for awhile.
Your Mushroom pepper fry recipe is ready.
