Today we take on 6 fantastic amaretto cocktails! All of the cocktails today I'll be using Lazzaroni Amaretto which is made from the infusion of Lazzaroni Amaretti de Saronno cookies. Any Amaretto will work for these recipes, including Disaronno Originale, Di Amore, or whatever your heart desires.

1 dash whiskey barrel-aged bitters
1 tsp Lazzaroni Amaretto
1 oz of a red vermouth (30 ml)
½ oz Cruzan blackstrap rum (15 ml)
1 ½ oz scarlet ibis rum (45 ml)

World's Greatest Amaretto Sour
1 tsp rich simple syrup
1 oz lemon juice (30 ml)
1 ½ oz Lazzaroni Amaretto (45 ml)
¾ oz of a cask-proof rum - El Dorado Single Cask Still Strength Versailles (22.5 ml)
1 egg white

Grand Army’s Amaretto Sour

1 oz lemon juice (30 ml)
2 oz Lazzaroni Amaretto (60 ml)
¼ oz Campari (7.5 ml)
1 egg white

Almond Brother

1 tsp apricot liqueur - Rothman & Winter is best
¼ oz Lazzaroni Amaretto (7.5 ml)
2 oz reposado tequila (60 ml)

Maitai ri’i
1 oz lime juice (30 ml)
¼ oz rock candy syrup (7.5 ml)
½ oz Lazzaroni Amaretto (15 ml)
½ oz orange liqueur (15 ml)
2 oz of a fine Jamaican rum (60 ml)
