An on-site meeting to assess how a breakwater out at sea might affect Catalan Bay beach was held Tuesday morning.
Phase two of the Eastside project was approved at the latest Development and Planning Commission session, but approval was contingent on a condition:
At the on-site meeting,, residents told members of the DPC they believe the marina development will destroy Gibraltar's beaches and will have a great impact on our way of life.
