Photographing a Daytime Moonrise Over Hearst Castle on Southern Big Sur Coast in 720nm Infrared

I take you along on an adventure where I set-out to capture a rising moon during the daytime near the famed Hearst Castle off Highway 1 located north of San Simeon along the southern Big Sur Coast. I talk about planning this shoot with both The Photographer's Ephemeris and the popular app Photo Pills. I then turn to my Sony III converted to 720nm Infrared that will allow me to capture the moon against a black sky during the middle of the day for a dramatic looking B&W.
