Pretty sure this was the same vehicle that was flashing a spotlight at me from across the cornfield about 2 weeks ago. I reported that and ever since then, I keep seeing this white Toyota going through Spruce Street, usually making a point to rev its engine loudly.
Tonight, I was out gaming for a bit and decided to tender my car's battery. I step outside and a moment later you see the Toyota come into view and flash its LED highbeams before speeding up a little to get off screen.
